A few weeks ago I got a wonderful package from my Aunt. My cousin had helped her pack it and she included a piece of purple fabric that she thought was pretty. I decided to use it in a gift back to her. Here is the finished product
It is a little pleated handbag based on a tutorial from a lovely blog called Deliberately Domestic, if you are interested in making it yourself you can find it here. I liked that there wasn’t a strict pattern to stick too and I could whip it together in an afternoon. I will probably need to make a matching one as there are two sisters and I don’t want them fighting over it. I also plan on filling it with special treasure…
